Desktop support

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, support, and optimize enterprise Windows Server infrastructure to ensure high availability and system reliability.
• Perform regular health checks, system monitoring, and root cause analysis for Windows platform related incidents.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Active Directory services, Group Policies, and user access management.
• Drive automation initiatives using scripting tools such as PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams for seamless service operations and issue resolution.
• Support disaster recovery planning, backup validation, and restoration activities for critical systems.
• Prepare and update technical runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation for operational processes.
• Participate in infrastructure modernization projects, including server migrations, patching activities, and environment upgrades.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support and mentor junior team members on Windows platform administration.
• Ensure systems adhere to organizational security standards, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
