Job Title: Global IT Finance Solution Owner

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Duration: 6+ months CTH

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days a week)

Job Description:

• S/4HANA is already live within Finance this is a support and optimization role, not a migration lead role.
• Requires hands-on SAP configuration and integration experience this is not a purely strategic position.

Candidates will be assessed on:

1. Hands-on SAC Planning budgets, forecasts, what-if scenarios, and versioning.
2. 10+ years of experience leading SAP Finance & Controlling implementations.
3. 5+ years in leadership roles partnering directly with Finance and Controlling functions.
4. Global Finance business process modeling and documentation.
5. S/4HANA integration with non-SAP platforms, including RPA, SAC, Power BI, and BPM tools.
6. Deep, hands-on S/4HANA experience across GL, AP, AR, Product Costing, Treasury, and Group Reporting.

Summary

• Reports to the Global IT Corporate Functions Lead.
• Partners with Finance to translate strategy into process and data solutions, using both SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Requires finance business process knowledge and CPG industry experience.
• Owns the design and roadmap of Finance projects.
• This role requires hands-on SAP configuration and integration work, not solely strategic oversight.
• S/4HANA is already live in Finance this role supports and optimizes the existing environment, not a migration or new implementation.
• Partners with Enterprise Architecture to drive outcomes from technology investments and enable Finance's strategic capabilities.
• Requires self-driven leadership, analytical skills, and strong communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in related field
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 10+ years leading SAP Finance, FP&A, and Controlling implementations, including process optimization and business case development
• 5+ years in a leadership role partnering with Finance & Controlling functions
• 5+ years with financial planning tools such as SAC Planning, Hyperion, or Cognos
• Experience developing standards-based Business Process Documents and leading global Finance process modeling
• Experience with knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring
• Understanding of S/4HANA integration and functionality (already live)
• Experience with Finance forums and software selection
• Experience with SAP Finance applications and integration with other SAP components (GL, AP, AR, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Treasury, Group Reporting, ARIBA, MDG)
• Experience integrating non-SAP tools with S/4HANA (HighRadius, BlackLine, Celonis, Anaplan)
• Experience with automation technologies (EDI, RPA, ML, AI) and BPM
• Customer focus with communication skills
