Summary
The successful candidate will act as a technical integration lead and scrum facilitator, ensuring integration defects are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong coordination between the client team and offshore resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve integration defects logged and assigned by the client within the Guidewire ecosystem
- Lead daily standups and coordinate defect allocation to offshore development teams
- Attend client standups and provide progress updates, technical insights, and status reporting
- Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to address integration challenges and solutions
- Ensure timesheet accuracy, aligning hours logged internally with hours recorded in the client's JIRA system
- Support the Digital & Integrations Scrum team as both an integration developer and scrum lead
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to troubleshoot integration issues and drive resolution
- Strong experience with Guidewire integrations in insurance environments
- Hands-on integration development and defect resolution experience
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery teams
- Ability to lead standups and coordinate offshore development teams
- Strong familiarity with JIRA for defect tracking and work management
- Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working in client-facing consulting environments
- Experience working on Guidewire implementations for insurance carriers
- Prior experience acting as Integration Lead, Technical Lead, or Scrum Master within integration teams
- Experience working with distributed/offshore delivery teams
