Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced Lead / Architect – .NET Full Stack Developer for a client engagement. This role requires a strong technical leader with deep expertise in .NET Core, AWS Cloud, React, and Redux, along with proven experience designing and delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in application architecture, cloud-native development, microservices, API design, and modern front-end frameworks.

Must Have Skills

12+ years of experience in .NET / Microsoft Technologies
Strong expertise in .NET Core / Core
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
Strong UI development experience with React.js and Redux
Experience in application architecture and solution design
Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Distributed Systems
Experience leading technical teams and driving architecture decisions
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications
Lead end-to-end development using .NET Core, AWS, React, and Redux
Define architecture standards, development best practices, and technical roadmaps
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and solution guidance
Drive modernization and cloud adoption initiatives
