Top Law Firm seeks to add an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to their growing team! In this role you will be designing, implementing & supporting a reliable, secure, & scalable Microsoft 365 messaging environment. The focus is on Exchange Online, ensuring availability, security, compliance, & performance in a hybrid, multi-office environment. In addition, you will also serve as a technical lead for Microsoft 365 messaging services.

Job Details

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a large multi-office law firm or enterprise
• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years focused on Exchange administration and Microsoft 365 messaging in a mid- to large-sized enterprise.
• Deep experience administering Exchange Online and Exchange Server in hybrid configurations, including cross-version upgrades and complex mail flow.
• Proven experience leading Exchange migrations from on-premises Exchange (including Exchange Server Subscription Edition) to Exchange Online; exposure to tenant-to-tenant or multi-organization Microsoft 365 migrations is strongly preferred.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and practical experience using Microsoft Graph to automate and manage Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 messaging tasks and workflows.
• Experience administering and supporting Mimecast (or a similar email security platform) and managing email hygiene controls such as DKIM, DMARC, and SPF.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and migration tools and methods, such as Azure AD Connect and hybrid Exchange configurations.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex messaging and client issues end to end, including mail flow, connectivity, and client performance, and to drive durable fixes.
