responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in analytics, economics, statistics, data science with consulting experience.
- 5+ years' experience in analytics as a hands-on individual contributor.
- Proven record developing & delivering automated reporting solutions and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, & Alteryx with a solid grasp of Python and/or R.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Blue Prism, Power Apps & Power Automate is a plus.
- Ability to independently analyze data and convey sophisticated findings in a clear and impactful way.
- Cross-domain knowledge in the Retirement Services industry, preferably Defined contributions.
- Inquisitive and driven to understand the sourcing, pedigree, and lineage of data.
- Strong customer service capabilities and the ability to interact with internal associates and leaders in a client-facing role.
- Naturally collaborative with experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams across multiple locations.
