We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Architect to design and implement enterprise integration solutions within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on enabling message tracking, enhancing system integrations, and supporting enterprise-level service bus architecture.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving automated processes, ensuring data integrity, maintaining compliance, and supporting secure application integrations across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions for new business use cases
Build interfaces based on business and technical requirements
Create system design and technical documentation
Develop custom filters using Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK)
Create mappers and mapping definitions using EDI tools
Write JavaScript (v1 & v2) within Rhapsody environments
Develop and integrate APIs (SOAP, REST, Web Services)
Perform data transformations across formats (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, CCDA, XML, JSON, flat files)
Work on CDA mappings and conversions
Prepare code reviews and SDLC documentation
Configure database connections (MSSQL/Oracle)
Implement communication protocols (TCP, HTTP, LLP, OAuth)
Ensure overall system architecture, code quality, and configuration integrity
Required Skills:
Strong JavaScript programming experience
SQL and database integration
XML and data transformation expertise
HL7 v2.x messaging
HL7 FHIR
CDA standards and healthcare document types
Healthcare vocabularies: LOINC, SNOMED, RxNorm
Health Information Exchange (HIE) knowledge
IHE integration standards
Experience implementing industry Implementation Guides
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x)
Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) expertise
Custom message transformation across formats (JSON, XML, HL7, proprietary formats)
Web services integration (SOAP/REST)
Security protocols: TLS, certificate-based authentication
Experience with TCP/LLP connections and OAuth
