Job Title: Partner Alliances Manager Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

Position Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Partner Alliances Manager to own and scale our relationship with Google Cloud. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our organization and the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem. You will drive growth by fostering executive relationships, managing our partner tier status, and helping to align our industry-specific solutions with Google s field sales teams.
The ideal candidate understands how to navigate the Google Cloud organization, unlock funding/incentives, and co-sell effectively to maximize mutual pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Alliance Management & Relationship Building
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Google Cloud Partner Managers, Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), and field sales leadership.
- Build and maintain a map of key stakeholders within Google Cloud Platform across specific target industries and geographic verticals.
- Navigate and optimize partner portals, managing certifications, tier advancements (e.g., Premier tier status), and specializations.
- Identify, build, and manage strategic relationships with adjacent Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and technology partners to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that expand market reach and accelerate deal sizes.
Co-Selling & Pipeline Generation
- Facilitate regular pipeline reviews and matchmaking sessions between our sales team and Google Cloud Platform field sellers.
- Identify, register, and track co-sell opportunities (e.g., through Google Partner Advantage / Partner Connect) to accelerate sales cycles.
- Develop and execute joint account plans for high-priority enterprise accounts.
Funding & Incentives Optimization
- Identify and secure cloud provider incentives to lower barriers to entry for clients and accelerate deal velocity.
- Navigate partner programs to attach specialized cloud consumption discounts, partner-led service credits, and delivery incentives to client opportunities to maximize margins.
- Establish internal governance to ensure all milestone proofs-of-execution (PoE) are meticulously tracked and submitted for 100% payout alignment, and reinvest those funds into joint demand-generation campaigns.
Marketing & Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing to develop joint value propositions, success stories, and GTM (Go-To-Market) campaigns mapped to specific business verticals.
- Ensure our internal sales and technical teams are fully enabled on the latest Google Cloud Platform programs, tooling, and updates.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 3 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliance Management, or Channel Sales within the cloud computing industry.
- Direct experience working within the Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform) ecosystem is highly preferred (experience with AWS or Azure will also be considered).
- Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue and managing complex co-sell motions.
- Experience navigating diverse commercial segments ranging from mid-market growth accounts to highly regulated enterprise and public sector environments.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence both executive stakeholders and frontline sales teams.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Google Cloud Platform Cloud Digital Leader or Business Professional accreditations are a strong plus.
