Summary

Should have minimum 12+ years of Experience as a Sap Fico consultant accountable for designing, implementing and deploying Sap based ERP solutions for client. validating report requirements, validating changes and customizing, providing training to end-user ensuring stability of solution, working closely with client Finance team and sorting day to day queries of end-users
Evaluate existing SAP data to determine what needs to be moved, excluded, or historicized, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
Work with senior leadership to design the new company code structure, chart of accounts, and financial reporting requirements
Identify gaps between the "As-Is" (current) process in the parent company and the "To-Be" process required for the separated entity
Assist in defining the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) to ensure a smooth, compliant handover from the seller to the buyer
Configure new Company Codes, Controlling Areas, Profit Centres, and Cost Centres in the new SAP instance
Configure Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Accounting (BA) tailored to the new entity’s operations
Manage the separation of fixed assets, including depreciation, acquisition, and retirement data
Configure Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing
