O9 Techno-functional Lead/Consultant:

Location: Sunnyvale, CA/ Austin, TX

Introduction: As an o9 Techno-functional Lead/Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring o9 Solutions to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will include customizing planning configurations, designing user-friendly interfaces, optimizing workflows, and providing support to Client Success teams. Additionally, you will lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, ensuring quality and consistency in o9 Solutions implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure o9 Solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring customization to specific organizational needs.
• Customize planning configurations and workflows to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Design and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and action buttons to improve user experience.
• Optimize solver performance for better results and faster processing times.
• Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to refine user stories and align them with business needs.
• Provide support to Client Success teams in resolving complex production issues related to o9 Solutions.
• Manage and lead a team of o9 Configuration Consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee the team''''s work to ensure quality and consistency in o9 Solutions implementations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment for continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of overall experience in supply chain solutions.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions in planning configurations, workflow modeling, UI design, and more.
• Proven ability to support client success teams and resolve complex production issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
