What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Partner with cement plant teams to implement and maintain quality control programs, procedures, and testing protocols that ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  • Support laboratory testing and inspection activities, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize product quality and process performance.

  • Monitor quality metrics and process performance, utilizing statistical and quality assurance tools to identify trends and drive corrective actions.

  • Lead investigations into quality deviations and non-conformances, performing root cause analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to establish raw material quality standards, evaluate performance, and address quality-related concerns.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, training, and knowledge sharing to reduce variability, improve product consistency, and strengthen quality performance across operations.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field

  • Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, laboratory testing, and process improvement principles within a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop practical solutions to quality and process performance challenges.

  • Experience applying root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sustainable results.

  • Understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control (SPC), and industry standards related to product quality and compliance.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with plant operations, technical teams, suppliers, and customers.

  • Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality products and services.

Work Environment

  • Office environment with opportunities to collaborate across multiple business functions and locations

  • Occasional travel to plant production environment to support quality initiatives, audits, training, and continuous improvement projects across the region.

  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
