Hardware Technician I / NOC Analyst

Location: Bartlesville, OK

Description

NOC Analyst providing network and infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and escalation support to help maintain uptime across critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network, server, and infrastructure alerts across a 24x7 NOC environment
• Identify, triage, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime
• Perform first level troubleshooting and escalate to engineering teams as needed
• Maintain and update runbooks and monitoring documentation
• Support change management and scheduled maintenance windows
• Communicate incident status to stakeholders in a timely manner
• Man conference bridges for Problem Management

Required Qualifications 

• Familiarity with monitoring tools 
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA or similar networking certification
• Experience supporting energy or utilities sector environments
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Prior experience in a NOC or network operations environment
