Responsibilities

The consultant will be performing business analysis activities working in conjunction with the development team.

- Prepare Software Requirements

- Write Functional Specifications

- Write Test Scripts

- Execute Test Scripts

- Liaise with users and developers

- Prepare and present analysis and solution options to management

- Special projects as required

-Write and use medium to complex SQL to retrieve and analyze data

Skills Needed

• 84 Months of experience performing business analysis activities (Functional Analysis and Design, Business Process Definition, Requirements Management, Writing and Executing Test Scripts)
• 60 months of experience performing software analysis in a PeopleSoft 9.2 FINANCIALS ERP. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Campus Solutions does NOT qualify.
• 24 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting Oracle PeopleSoft Financials Project Costing, Customer Contracts, Funds Distribution, and Federal Grant Awards. Provide specific details related to Federal Grant management and the downstream use of Project data for purposes such as bond reimbursement.
• 12 months of experience as a functional analyst supporting three or more of the following Oracle PeopleSoft Financials modules: Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Travel and Expense, General Ledger, Commitment Control, eBill Payment.
