Job Description:

We are seeking an AI-Powered Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and technical teams to implement intelligent solutions that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for AI and automation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct process mapping and identify areas suitable for AI implementation.

AI Solution Evaluation & Development

• Assess opportunities for machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to design solutions.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes for AI projects.
• Participate in AI model evaluation, testing, and deployment activities.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Validate data quality and ensure data readiness for AI initiatives.
• Monitor AI solution performance and recommend enhancements.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies.
• Experience with requirements gathering and business process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
