Job Title: Provider Relations & Outreach Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Provider Relations & Outreach Lead with a strong background in Healthcare IT or Health Information Exchange (HIE). In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician practices, pharmacies, behavioral health organizations, and other healthcare providers while driving provider engagement, onboarding, training, and adoption of health information exchange services.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead provider outreach, onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions, webinars, and presentations.
  • Promote adoption and effective utilization of Health Information Exchange (HIE) services.
  • Analyze provider engagement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to support implementation strategies.
  • Represent the organization at healthcare conferences and networking events.
  • Assist providers in understanding interoperability initiatives and healthcare technology programs.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices.
 
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Health IT.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as provider relations, account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, or physician groups.
  • Strong knowledge of Health Information Exchange (HIE), interoperability, EHR/EMR, or related healthcare technologies.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for provider meetings, training, and outreach activities.
