Summary

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

8 to 10+ years of overall experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data visualization.

Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power BI.

Report and model performance optimization

Experience developing KPI dashboards, operational reports, management scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.

Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders and converting requirements into analytical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience migrating applications from Qlik Sense or QlikView to Power BI.

Exposure to Microsoft Azure and Databricks.

Experience working with energy, utilities, financial services, or other data-intensive industries.

Knowledge of Power BI Service administration, gateways, workspaces, refresh schedules, deployment pipelines, and access management.

Familiarity with Power BI governance, reusable datasets, certified semantic models, and self-service reporting.

Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification, such as PL-300, is preferred.

Experience leading small development teams or mentoring junior Power BI developers.
