  • Support Flowserve Operational Excellence initiatives by applying safety, 5S, daily management, strategy deployment, structured problem-solving, and Kaizen practices.
  • Partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Project Management to identify, prioritize, and implement site improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and performance reporting for certification status, warranty cost, scrap, quality escapes, complaints, rework, and other critical site KPIs.
  • Lead KPI reviews and data-based problem solving; connect operational performance to annual operating-plan and strategy-deployment objectives, track improvement benefits, and sustain results.
  • Ensure functional teams are leveraging OPEX training and coaching opportunities and fostering a Lean culture through on-going OPEX projects, problem solving methods, and daily work management systems.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the Flowserve Values and Behaviors, driving a culture of high-performance in the way we think, act, and operate. Maintain strict adherence to the Flowserve Code of Conduct.
