Role: Product Owner (Finance and Accounting)
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite Position)
Duration: Long Term
Job Description:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related role.
* Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
* Proven ability to manage product backlogs, define requirements, and prioritize competing demands.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable development work.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
* Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Background in Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Services.
* Experience supporting accounting systems, financial reporting platforms, forecasting tools, or financial applications.
* Understanding of equity compensation programs, stock plans, or related financial products.
* Familiarity with expense accounting, SEC disclosure reporting, financial modeling, and forecasting concepts.
* Experience working with corporate finance, accounting, compliance, or executive business stakeholders.
* Knowledge of reporting, analytics, and data-driven product solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate brings a combination of strong Product Ownership capabilities and financial acumen. While experience with equity compensation is highly desirable, candidates who possess a solid finance or accounting background and the ability to quickly learn a specialized domain will be strongly considered.
