Location: Deerfield Beach FL (Hybrid 3days/week onsite)

Client is looking for a PEOPLE Change Manager. Someone who has experience moving people through technology, environmental and process changes. This individual needs to have experience using change methodologies like Prosci's ADKAR, Kotter 8-Stage, McKinsey 7-S, or even ACMP's The Standard.
Need candidate that has Prosci Certification or are a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
Also, we need portfolio samples and not just a summary. Portfolio: Request artifacts that show range (e.g., change strategy, comms plan, stakeholder engagement, metrics/dashboard, exec-ready material).
Job description:
This position requires a seasoned change practitioner with extensive experience leading enterprise change initiatives end to end. Specifically:
- 5+ years of hands-on change management experience leading initiatives from strategy through sustainment
- Prosci or CCMP certification (required)
- A proven track record of successfully moving people through change in a technology environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across levels
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while building strong partnerships within an IT project team
This is not a junior or early-career change role. We need someone who has operated in complex, technology-driven environments and can immediately step in with minimal ramp-up.
