ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a leading Managed Services organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise service delivery and internal operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and enhance the overall ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, forms, and automation.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies.
• Support CMDB, Service Mapping, Discovery, and data integrity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or VMware and their integration with ITSM workflows.
• Experience working in Managed Services (MSP) or Enterprise IT environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Service Mapping and Discovery.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
