Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • PeopleSoft Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on functional support experience with PeopleSoft Financials (v9.2 required), specifically supporting core modules: Procurement, General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Commitment Control, Project Costing, Customer Contracts 
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements, write functional or technical specifications, troubleshoot complex defects, and translate business needs into tested system solutions.
    • Working knowledge of SQL, PeopleSoft Query, PeopleTools architecture, Application Engine, Process Scheduler, batch processing, and data analysis in a PeopleSoft environment.
    • Experience with integration troubleshooting, configuration, testing, release controls, and enterprise incident or change management processes, including ServiceNow or comparable tools.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Exceptional follow-through and ownership of issues from intake to final sign-off.
    • Demonstrated relationship-building skills with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written with technical and non-technical individuals across organization including FMIS Team, Management, and business stakeholders
