Job Summary:
We are seeking a AI & Analytics Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI solutions, including agentic AI systems, LLM-based applications, and machine learning models.
This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving client engagements, and ensuring successful deployment of scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML programs (planning, execution, risk, reporting).
Manage cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, BI).
Drive development and deployment of LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions.
Provide technical oversight on model development and AI architectures.
Translate complex AI outputs into business insights for stakeholders.
Ensure scalability, performance, and governance of AI systems.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business growth.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or analytics delivery.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or NLP solutions in production.
Strong knowledge of ML techniques (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, model explainability SHAP/LIME).
Experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, vector DBs, etc.).
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
Strong communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience.
Preferred:
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
GitHub or portfolio with AI/LLM projects.
