Are you an IT professional with a solid foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM) looking to take the next step into a specialized Security role? We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented IAM Administrator to join our team at our headquarters in the heart of Downtown Nashville.
This is the perfect role for a "fast learner" who is energized by problem-solving. You will be the primary point of contact for core identity functions, ensuring our team members have the right access at the right time.

responsibilities:
- Administration of accounts in Active Directory, Applications, and unstructured files and folders
- Administration of IAM technologies and workflows
- Maintenance of supporting process and procedure documentation
- Prompt reporting, remediation, and prevention of incidents
- Reconciliation of orphaned identities
- Supporting Information Risk Management leadership with compliance/audit tasks and other duties as assigned
- Improving Identity and Access Management processes and integrations.
- Troubleshooting access and account related issues.
- Coordinating with the IAM technology teams in relation to IAM technologies and processes
- Coordinate with the Information Security team in relation to IAM risk and mitigation
qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of verifiable or demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management or equivalent IT services, preferably in Information Security
- Identity Management (IDM) and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions (e.g. SailPoint)
- Understanding of the IAM Lifecycle: Joiner, Mover, Leaver
- Experience in Active Directory (AD) user and group administration (Preferably using Active Roles Server)
- Robust analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools such as MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to use and navigate Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint) for collaboration and documentation.
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to adjust communication style/content to efficiently engage their specific audience. Must speak strong English.
- Ability to independently prioritize work and complete assignments with minimal oversight
- Team player who is energized by problem solving and finding solutions together to deliver maximum benefit.
Preferred
- Splunk or other SIEM solution
- Varonis DataAdvantage File Governance or other similar file governance solution
- Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g. CyberArk)
- IT and/or Security certifications
