Salesforce System Analyst/ Product Manager
Role Summary
The Salesforce System Analyst/Product manager acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, designing Salesforce-based solutions, supporting system enhancements, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring that Salesforce platforms align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Process Flows.
Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce functional specifications.
Salesforce Solution Design
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects on solution design.
Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.
Recommend process improvements and platform optimizations.
Data & Reporting
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Perform data analysis using Salesforce reports, SOQL, SQL, and integrated analytics tools.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities.
