Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy, backlog management, and delivery for analytics, optimization, and Salesforce-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile product ownership experience and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while collaborating with engineering, data science, analytics, Salesforce, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery goals aligned with business objectives.

  • Own and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, stakeholder needs, and technical dependencies.

  • Develop epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.

  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and Salesforce teams to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Use analytics, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to measure product performance and identify improvements.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve delivery blockers, and communicate product progress.

  • Drive continuous product improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related role.

  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and end-to-end product delivery.

  • Expertise in product backlog management, prioritization, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.

  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or data-driven business solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Exposure to data analytics, optimization, business intelligence, or data science initiatives.

  • Experience with product roadmaps, KPIs, and performance metrics.

  • Energy or utilities industry experience is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
