Senior Scrum Master – Finance Technology & AI Projects

Location: New York City (Onsite)
Domain: Banking / Finance, AI & Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Agile/Scrum teams delivering Finance Technology and AI solutions.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Identify and remove impediments; ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery.

• Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and provide regular status updates.

• Coach teams on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage product backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.

• Support AI-driven initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–9 years of Scrum Master / Agile Project Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

• Experience delivering IT projects in Banking or Financial Services.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services is preferred.

• Understanding of AI/ML environments and frameworks like TensorFlow is a plus.

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) or PMP preferred.
