Summary

Senior Scrum Master – Finance Technology & AI Projects

Location: New York City (Onsite)
Domain: Banking / Finance, AI & Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Agile/Scrum teams delivering Finance Technology and AI solutions.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify and remove impediments; ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery.
Track project progress, KPIs, risks, and provide regular status updates.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Manage product backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.
Support AI-driven initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

5–9 years of Scrum Master / Agile Project Management experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Experience delivering IT projects in Banking or Financial Services.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services is preferred.
Understanding of AI/ML environments and frameworks like TensorFlow is a plus.
Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) or PMP preferred.
