Mid-level .NET developer

Introduction:

As a Mid-level .NET developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, MVC Architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). You will also be involved in automated testing, SQL Server expertise, and test planning and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, MVC Architecture, and OOP.
• Create testing utilities for unit, integration, and system testing.
• Utilize strong SQL Server expertise for complex SQL queries, stored procedures, database design, and data modeling.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and regression testing using Java, Python, Shell Scripting, or similar languages.
• Work on test environments, test data preparation, test planning, strategy, and documentation.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and create test cases.
• Validate SQL-based data and generate reports.
• Gather business requirements and document use cases.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer within the last 10 years.
• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core, MVC Architecture, OOP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML.
• Experience developing testing utilities for unit, integration, and system testing.
• Strong SQL Server expertise, including complex queries, stored procedures, database design, and data modeling.
• 5+ years of automated testing experience, including test automation frameworks, regression testing, and knowledge of Java, Python, Shell Scripting, or similar languages.
• 5+ years of experience with test environments, test data preparation, test planning, strategy, documentation, defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla, JAMA), requirements analysis, test case creation, test result analysis, and defect identification.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL-based data validation, reporting, business requirements gathering, and use case documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with T-SQL, triggers, views, and user-defined functions.
• Experience with parallel testing and advanced automation testing.
• Knowledge of SQL Server administration and deployment of multi-tier web applications.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
