Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Sacramento, CA (Hybrid-Onsite).
Duration/Type: Long-Term Contract

Must Have:

Seeking a Lead ServiceNow Architect (CTA/CMA mandatory) with 10+ years of ServiceNow experience to lead architecture, integrations and migrations in enterprise environments.

Requirements

Must Have:

CTA or CMA certification.
10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
Strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management).
Integration experience with tools such as EPIC EMR, Tanium, SCCM, CrowdStrike, Qualys, Rapid7, JAMF.
Experience with PSDS and ServiceNow migrations.

Preffered:

Healthcare delivery experience.
ITAM, ITBM/SPM, HRSD.
FedRAMP High systems exposure.
Ivanti migration experience.
