Title: Senior Integration / Middleware Developer

Location: Remote (U.S.) Onsite 1 week/month in Middletown, PA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Integration/Middleware Developer to design, implement, and optimize complex system integrations across SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, IVR systems, and other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in backend development, microservices, API integrations, and high-volume transaction processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations between SAP, CRM, Azure Cloud, IVR, and external systems.

• Lead middleware development, APIs, and cloud-based workflows.

• Optimize data flows, transaction speed, and system performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Apply best practices in .Net, Python, and GoLang development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.

• Ensure security, observability, and compliance in all solutions.

• Document solutions, participate in code reviews, and mentor team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in integration/middleware development (3+ in senior/lead role)

• 7+ years backend development with .Net

• 5+ years backend development with Python

• 3+ years backend development with GoLang

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, concurrency, and performance optimization

• Experience with Podman, Kubernetes, and Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP BRIM, MS Dynamics 365, IVR systems, and high-volume integrations

• Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana

• Advanced Azure, Kubernetes, or integration certifications

Engagement:

• Remote work with required onsite presence in Middletown, PA (1 week/month)

• Candidate must be within the Continental U.S.
