Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead / Application Architect to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in backend development, API architecture, and cloud-native solutions. You will drive innovation, mentor engineers, and optimize development processes to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability.

Experience

• 10+ years of Java backend design, solution development, and implementation, with a strong focus on SOAP/REST/GraphQL API development.
• 5+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Application Architect, with excellent coding and mentoring skills.
• Preferably experienced in Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets
• Local candidates only. On site.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Java, Spring Boot
• Messaging Systems: Kafka, IBM-MQ
• Database Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning. Experience with MS SQL Server, Postgres, MariaDB, and in-memory databases like SingleStore or Apache Ignite is a plus.
• Containerization & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven architectures
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, DevOps pipeline management
• AI & Innovation: Willingness to learn Agentic AI and implement Copilot to enhance coding practices and reduce costs.
