Product Designer 3

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Product Designer 3.

Responsibilities:
*Create original product designs or refresh existing products with supervision from Design leadership
* Execute base track and more long track design solutions (broad range of product price points and model types)
* Active and proficient participant in the creative process and cross-functional communication
* Communicate and present design concepts to internal and external audiences
* Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with key partners

REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BFA/MA/MFA preferred
* Associate's degree preferred
* 5-7 years of design experience preferred
* Creative experience (consumer/segment/dimensions)
* Knowledge of creative culture
* Digital design acumen (design-based software needed: Creative Suite)
* Preferred knowledge and experience with advanced digital tools/3D skills
* Expert of make and manufacturing
* Proficient presentation & communication skills
* Proficient design skills, brief to presentation to manufacturing
* Proficient creative process
* Basic business context
* Basic understanding of insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
