A bit about us:We are an established Technology Service organization supporting Commercial Customers throughout the region. Our field team installs, maintains and services a variety of Electronic, Security and Electromechanical systems. We are looking for a hands-on Technician who enjoys working independently, solving problems in the field and providing great customer service.

Job DetailsThis position will handle installation, preventive maintenance and service of electronic and electromechanical systems at customer locations throughout the Knoxville area. You'll diagnose equipment issues, complete repairs, support system installations and communicate directly with customers while managing your daily field schedule.
Must Have:
- Field Service, Electronic Security, Low Voltage or related technical experience
- Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting experience
- Ability to diagnose, repair and maintain electronic/electromechanical equipment
- Comfortable working independently at customer locations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
Nice To Have:
- Access Control, CCTV, Video Surveillance or Alarm Systems
- ATM, ITM, TCR or other Banking Equipment experience
- Electronic Locks or other integrated Security Systems
- IP Networking and Software Troubleshooting
- Low Voltage installation/service experience
- Manufacturer training, technical certifications or related trade education
