SAP Implementation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking an SAP Implementation Manager in Miami, FL.

Overview:
The Director of Implementation & Process will lead the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of key business processes across the organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, strengthening controls, and ensuring processes are scalable and aligned with strategic objectives.

The position will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Technology, and Customer Support teams to identify improvement opportunities, enhance reporting and analytics, and enable sustainable organizational growth.

Duties:
* Lead the continuous improvement of end-to-end Contract-to-Billing processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and strengthen operational controls
* Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Technology to design and implement scalable business processes that support growth and improve customer experience
* Establish and maintain process governance, including documentation, standard operating procedures, policies, and performance metrics
* Drive process standardization across business units, entities, and geographies where appropriate
* Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, cycle times, cash flow, and overall process effectiveness
* Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives in the past
* Strong background in operational excellence, workflow optimization, and cross-functional process ownership
* Proven ability to drive change within organizations
* Experience supporting enterprise system enhancements, implementations, or optimization efforts
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
