Position: Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect Location: Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC - (Hybrid - Onsite) Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Expert / Architect to lead the Early Education Integration System project. The selected candidate will design and deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions aligned with the organization s digital strategy. This role requires strong leadership, architecture expertise, and hands-on Salesforce development and integration experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce enterprise solutions.
Define and implement solution architecture and integration strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and implement complex API-based integrations with external systems.
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
Lead technical discussions, design sessions, and code reviews.
Provide guidance to development teams and enforce best practices.
Work closely with Agile teams on backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.
Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementation and environment setup.
Produce architecture documentation, solution diagrams, and technical specifications.

Required Certifications:
Salesforce Technical Architect or Application Architect Certification
Salesforce Integration Architect Certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification
Copado Certification
MuleSoft Certification (Level II preferred)

Required Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
Strong experience in:
Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura
Flows, SOQL, SOSL
Salesforce Administration and platform configuration
Experience designing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Experience with object-oriented programming such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby.
Strong experience in data migration and ETL processes.
Experience implementing Salesforce mobile solutions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield and Lightning.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using GitHub or Bitbucket for version control.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Preferred / Additional Requirements:
Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 compliance.
Strong business analysis and process design experience.
Ability to lead enterprise architecture discussions and guide development teams.
