UI Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI Tech Lead - UI Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in modern UI frameworks, hands-on experience in building responsive and reusable components, and the ability to guide and coordinate a distributed team. The candidate will work closely with design teams, business stakeholders, and project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Location SV/CA

Experience Required:

• 8 to 12 years of significant experience as UI lead developer.

Required skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Redux, and Oracle.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end performance optimization.
• Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Snowflake, DevOps, and Release Management (preferred).
• Experience with GenAI LLM model integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of web-based applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, or similar frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to existing interface flows and user experience.
• Collaborate with design teams, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to define and implement features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in DevOps, release management, and deployment processes.
• Communicate effectively with project management and clients regarding progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Support integration of GenAI LLM components in applications (preferred).
• Ensure high-quality coding, performance optimization, and adherence to project timelines.
