Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled NCFAST Help Desk Analyst to join our Application/Production Support team. This role involves providing expert support for the NC FAST application, assisting service providers in troubleshooting issues with a focus on customer experience. You will work closely with business and technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex application problems, ensuring seamless operations.
- Experience with browser-based applications (3+ years)
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting automated system issues (5+ years)
- Background in Application/Production Support (3+ years, not hardware)
- Proficient in writing and running SQL queries (5+ years preferred)
- Familiarity with social services and subsidized Child Care/Providers (3+ years desired)
