• Location: Remote (PST location preferred. Must work PST hours)

Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking ITSM Now Assist Specialist to lead the exploration, evaluation, and implementation of ServiceNow’s Now Assist (GenAI) capabilities within our IT Service Management framework

Minimum 10+ years experience in related field.
Strong background in ServiceNow ITSM
Expertise in ITIL processes
Hands-on experience implementing Now Assist/AI features
Must work PST hours and preferably live in PST timezone
