Summary

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$105,000 - $135,000

What\'s the Job?

    \t
  • Conduct root cause analysis on failures, identify solutions, and implement preventive measures. \t
  • Participate in Tech and Design Reviews of existing and new product introductions (NPI). \t
  • Evaluate and procure new equipment, and perform product and process validations. \t
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance plans. \t
  • Provide technical support to customers on design and manufacturability issues.

What\'s Needed?

    \t
  • Bachelor?s degree in engineering or a related field. \t
  • Strong hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA, and lean manufacturing principles. \t
  • Experience with NPI processes and familiarity with contract manufacturing environments. \t
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specification sheets proficiently. \t
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
