Job Title: Software Trainer

Location: New Mexico (Extensive statewide travel required)

Key coverage areas include:

Las Cruces (Dona Ana County)

Santa Fe

Albuquerque

Taos

Carlsbad

Las Vegas / Hot Springs (San Miguel County)

Colfax County (Raton, Cimarron, Springer)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Work Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Travel Requirement: Heavy travel required from June August

Remote Flexibility: Limited remote work before travel period

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available)

Job Overview

RedMane Technology

is seeking experienced Software Trainers to support the statewide rollout of its cloud-based mCase platform, a case management solution used within child welfare and public sector environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong classroom training experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn and present customized software solutions. Trainers will conduct instructor-led sessions at multiple client locations throughout New Mexico using pre-developed training materials and established training methodologies.

This role requires professionals who are comfortable with extensive travel and capable of engaging end users in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led classroom training sessions for groups of up to 20 users

Facilitate engaging and interactive training using adult learning principles

Learn and present module-based training content with minimal ramp-up time

Utilize:

Trainer guides

User manuals

How-to documentation

Presentation materials

Conduct live software demonstrations and guided walkthroughs

Support end users during training sessions and answer functional questions

Collaborate with SMEs, implementation teams, and training coordinators

Adapt training delivery to customized system configurations and user needs

Maintain professionalism while traveling to multiple client sites across New Mexico

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering software or classroom training

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native-level English preferred)

Experience training users on enterprise or SaaS-based applications

Proficiency with:

Microsoft PowerPoint

Microsoft Word

Microsoft Excel

Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies

Ability to quickly understand and explain new systems and workflows

Comfortable leading classroom sessions independently

Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout New Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

Experience training on SaaS platforms

Background with large enterprise applications such as SAP

Experience with case management systems

Healthcare domain experience (Medicare/Medicaid)

Familiarity with:

EPIC EMR

SharePoint

Microsoft 365 ecosystem

Travel & Expense Information

Extensive travel throughout New Mexico is required

Consultants will initially cover:

Hotel expenses

Meals

Fuel/travel costs

Reimbursement process:

Expense receipts must be submitted

Mileage reimbursement provided

No per diem offered
