RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Systems Analyst III in Houston, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst III to support and enhance Oracle EBS R12.2.x environments. This role focuses on providing technical development and functional support for Oracle Financials and Oracle Projects modules, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision, collaborate closely with business users and IT teams, and play a key role in system support, change management, and an ongoing Oracle EBS upgrade initiative. This position requires strong communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to operate effectively within a large, multi-disciplinary Oracle support team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical development, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for Oracle EBS modules, primarily in Finance and Oracle Projects
* Develop and support customizations, extensions, reports, workflows, and integrations
* Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
* Support and participate in change management activities, including documentation and compliance requirements
* Remediate, validate, and test existing EBS customizations and extensions as part of an EBS upgrade initiative
* Work with vendor support teams to identify and implement viable technical solutions
* Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements
* Track deliverables and provide status updates and reporting to management
* Apply industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
* Continuously expand business and technical knowledge to deliver effective solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent industry experience
* 10-15 years of overall IT or ERP experience
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x)
* 5+ years of experience with: Oracle EBS data model and backend table structures; SQL and PL/SQL development; Oracle BI Publisher; Oracle Workflow Builder
* Experience supporting Oracle Database 19c or later
* Proven experience working in a multi-developer, team-based environment
* Strong techno-functional expertise in: Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing); Oracle Financials integrations including Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and Time & Labor
* Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred/Nice to Have:
* Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
* Experience with Oracle APEX application development
* Technical development experience in Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), including personalization and extensions
* Experience supporting or participating in Oracle EBS upgrades (e.g., 12.2.10 to 12.2.15)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
