Salesforce Architect
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Architect to design, develop and support scalable Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and enterprise integrations, with strong hands-on development and architecture responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, primarily across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Develop using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
- Build Service Console applications and automate customer-service workflows using Flow, Screen Flow and record-triggered/auto-launched flows.
- Design and implement Agentforce AI solutions using agents, Trust Layer, Prompt Templates and Flow.
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification and AI-driven solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect / AWS telephony for voice and customer-service experiences.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, Streaming API, Change Data Capture and Platform Events.
- Support MuleSoft and ODS-related integrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
- Perform code/design reviews, testing, debugging, deployment and production support.
- Work closely with architects, BAs, project managers, developers, business stakeholders and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance, effort estimation, troubleshooting and mentoring.
