Role Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level Quality Analyst who can support the team in maintaining the quality of applications and systems. In this role, you will assist in checking whether the product works correctly and meets the required standards before it is delivered to users. You will work closely with developers and other team members to identify issues, report them clearly, and help ensure that the final product runs smoothly. This role is a good opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and interested in learning more about software testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

•         Assist in testing applications or systems to make sure they are working properly.

•         Identify and report any issues or errors found during testing.

•         Help create and update test cases and basic testing documents.

•         Work with developers and team members to track and resolve reported issues.

•         Support the testing process during different stages of the project.

•         Maintain records of testing results and reported defects.

•         Participate in team discussions related to product quality.

•         Help ensure that the final product meets the expected quality standards.

Qualifications

•         Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

•         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

•         Basic understanding of software testing or quality assurance concepts.

•         Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Strong attention to detail when reviewing applications or systems.

•         Good communication skills to clearly report issues.

•         Familiarity with basic documentation and reporting tools.

•         Ability to work well in a team environment.

•         Willingness to learn new testing tools and quality practices.

Must-Have Skills

•         Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering)

•         Good analytical and problem-solving skills
