JD:
Lead and manage enterprise-scale data management projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Oversee enhancement of the State Health Analytics Reporting Platform (SHARP) by coordinating vendor and in-house development teams.
Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and documentation.
Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
Drive Agile project execution, particularly within state or federal government environments.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Micro Focus PM.
Ensure compliance with frameworks like the Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF).
PMP certification required; Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
