Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solace + Java Engineer with strong handson experience in building eventdriven, realtime integration solutions. The ideal candidate must be able to configure Solace environments, develop Java/Spring Boot microservices, and integrate enterprise systems using modern messaging and middleware technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Solace Messaging & EventDriven Architecture (Primary Focus)

Design, build, and optimize eventdriven architectures using Solace PubSub+.
Configure and manage queues, topics, message VPNs, ACLs, and event brokers.
Develop highthroughput, lowlatency messaging solutions.
Implement publish/subscribe patterns, guaranteed messaging, and routing logic.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune Solace message flows and consumer performance.

Java / Spring Boot Development

Develop backend services and microservices using Java + Spring Boot.
Build REST APIs, business logic, and integration layers.
Implement message producers/consumers using JCSMP, JMS, or Solace APIs.
Integrate Java applications with Solace, Kafka, EMS, or other messaging platforms.

Integration & Middleware (Secondary Focus)

Build and support integrations across ERP, CRM, databases, and external APIs.
Work with XML, JSON, and data transformation pipelines.
(Nice to have) Develop workflows using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Required Skills

Strong handson experience with Solace PubSub+ (queues, topics, VPNs, routing, DMQs).
Advanced Java + Spring Boot development experience.
Experience building eventdriven systems and realtime integrations.
Proficiency with JCSMP/JMS, message acknowledgments, durable subscriptions, and persistent messaging.
Experience with Kafka, EMS, or other messaging systems.
Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and system integrations.
Solid experience with XML, JSON, and data transformation.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks or other middleware tools.
Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
