Job description
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to support and enhance reporting, data validation, and reconciliation processes for a large-scale financial system.
This role is not a typical developer role it requires deep expertise in SQL, advanced Excel, and data validation, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data mismatches across systems, reports, and dashboards.
Required Skills (Must Have)
Core Skills
Strong expertise in SQL (Advanced Level)
Requires working across Snowflake, Informatica (ETL), and Tableau (BI)
Should have very good experience in Business Process Analysis
Role and Responsibilities:
Role involves automating physician onboarding and insurance credentialing workflows
Requires end-to-end ownership: scoping, development, testing, deployment
Exposure to data integration processes, file transfers (SFTP/email), and handling rejections
Environment includes multiple Snowflake databases across business domains
Data Analysis
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries
Generate summarised and transaction-based reports
Handle large datasets and ensure accurate aggregations and summaries
Support business teams with ad-hoc data requirement.
