Job Title: Enterprise Architect – Cloud Automation & Emerging AI
Location: Dallas/ remote (USA)
Salary: $140,000/Annum
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and design documentation, with limited exposure to emerging GenAI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Design (Primary)
- Design end-to-end enterprise cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Create architecture diagrams including:
- Logical and physical architecture
- Network, security, IAM, and landing zones
- High availability, disaster recovery, and scalability designs
- Lead architecture reviews and design governance
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architecture solutions
- Maintain architecture documentation aligned to enterprise standards
Infrastructure Automation – Terraform & Ansible (Core Requirement)
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Build reusable Terraform modules and manage remote state, policies, and environments
- Implement Ansible-based automation for:
- Configuration management
- Provisioning and orchestration
- Post-deployment standardization
- Integrate Terraform and Ansible into CI/CD pipelines
- Promote automation best practices across client environments
- Drive standardization, compliance, and repeatability using automation
GenAI & AI Exposure (Exploratory)
- Support exploratory GenAI use cases and PoCs
- Assist with light AI integration into cloud platforms or automation workflows
- Collaborate with AI specialists on:
- LLM concepts
- RAG-based knowledge systems
- Cloud-native AI services
Note: Deep AI engineering experience is not required
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Act as a technical advisor for enterprise clients
- Engage stakeholders from engineering teams through executive leadership
- Support PoCs transitioning into production-ready platforms
- Provide architectural guidance across multiple client accounts
Required Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture or Solutions Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible (mandatory)
- Proven experience creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation
- Multi-cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong communication and stakeholder-facing experience
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts or early-stage AI projects
- Experience with:
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Python
- Awareness of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or cloud AI services
