Summary

Our client, a well-known evolving energy company, is actively hiring a Training Administrative Assistant to join their team in West Bountiful, UT! This will be an on-site position, and all candidates must have a vehicle to drive locally.

In this role, you will be handling the training coordination and scheduling using their LMS, SABA. They are looking for someone to assist with employee onboarding, maintaining training records, and handling their SharePoint.

Contract Duration: 1 year

What you will be doing:
  • Track training compliance and assignments
  • Coordinate various processes and maintain documents/records
  • Assist with data entry and tracking of employee learning using SABA MyLearning
  • Perform necessary office administration needs

Required Qualifications:
  • High school degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Prior experience working with learning platforms, ideally SABA
