Job Title: Lead Observability Platform Automation & AI Operations Consultant

Note: Looking for a strong consultant who is good with Dynatrace, Obseravaility Platform, OpenTelemetry, AI/LLM''s, API & Cloud Platforms

Role Summary: Builds the reusable observability foundation required to scale the platform enterprise-wide. Focuses on telemetry standards, monitoring-as-code, API integrations, automation, OpenTelemetry patterns, AIOps enablement, and AI/LLM observability, while collaborating across teams to enable required workflow and platform features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize reusable onboarding patterns, templates, and monitoring-as-code assets.
• Define telemetry standards, OpenTelemetry patterns, and health models.
• Streamline integrations across Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, Azure, and CI/CD tooling.
• Collaborate across teams on integration requirements and provide clear guidance for workflow and platform outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Dynatrace platform administration, automation, and API integration experience in established environments.
• Hands-on scripting or infrastructure-as-code experience for standardization and scale, including Dynatrace Automation Engine, AIOps, or event correlation.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, telemetry pipelines, reusable observability patterns, and exposure to ETL, reporting, pipeline, or AI/LLM observability.
