Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Reservoir & Production Consulting Advisor (Heavy Focus on Reserves in either US - Major City, Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Midland area.

Summary:
This role combines deep reservoir engineering expertise with customer-facing consulting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will leverage experience in reserves evaluation, production forecasting, decline curve analysis, and workflow optimization to help clients successfully transition from legacy systems into the ComboCurve platform while maximizing business value. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to reservoir engineers, asset teams, corporate reserves groups, and executive stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Reservoir Engineering Consulting:
* Provide subject matter expertise in: Reserves management; Production forecasting; Field development planning; Corporate reserves reporting; Asset valuation support
* Advise customers on reservoir engineering best practices and workflow optimization
* Support technical discussions related to reserves classification, forecasting assumptions, and production planning

Customer Success & Implementation:
* Guide customers through migration from legacy applications into ComboCurve
* Support implementation of workflows previously managed in systems such as: Mosaic; Aries; OFM; Other reserves and forecasting platforms
* Help customers understand implementation considerations, process changes, and expected outcomes
* Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
* Share lessons learned and best practices from previous implementations

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
